This novel is about a 16 year old epileptic girl named Leilani who lives in Hawaii. During a visit to O'ahu, a global disaster strikes and Lei and her dad are cut off from the world. Food is scare and Lei's medicine is running out. This is an exiting adventure story about their nightmarish journey across islands to reach home.
